We believe in the distinct contribution that all our staff bring to the school. The staff at Sunflowers are all qualified in Montessori or Early years training and are experienced committed and prepared to meet the need of every child. We have regular staff meetings including in house training sessions and are provided with opportunities to attend further training and professional development. They are also enthusiastic and keen to help all the children develop and prepare them for the next development educational stage. Staff Ratio is 1:4 for two year olds and 1:8 for three year olds.
